Fresh, clean, renovated 2br/2ba duplex right off I-49, with direct access to city trail and and less than 10 minute drive to the UofA, yet quiet and peaceful. Smart TV with Netflix in master BR and living room. Very comfortable queen bed in Master BR and full sized bed in guest room. Start your morning with a walk on the trail in the backyard, or hop on 49 and explore the Ozarks or head to beautiful downtown in no time.

Clean, open, uncluttered and modern space ideal for the practical traveler on a summer internship or job. The master has a comfortable bed with a private bathroom and smart TV w Netflix, the second room has a full size bed, with a bathroom right outside the door. Split plan allows for privacy between the two guest rooms.
