What a GEM!
We were honored to be the first guests at this charming home on the outskirts of downtown Estes Park. The house has three bedrooms, each with its own dedicated bathroom (plus a half bath downstairs). It is located about 3 miles from the Beaver Meadows Park entrance and 3 miles from downtown Estes. Everything in the condo looked new and had a relaxed, and comfortable, vibe. One of the best features is the back porch that buts up against the Big Thompson River (think bubbling stream/creek). We spent HOURS on the back porch listening to the stream, watching the wildlife and enjoying the weather. We saw chipmunks, squirrels, a marmot, mag pies and stellar jays. We were also fortunate to see deer and elk several times by the creek. They literally walked by the front of our porch while we were sitting there. The owners, and property manager, were responsive to all our questions. The only negative we had was that the WiFi was sometimes sporadic in the evenings, but hey, we were there to unplug and enjoy some family time. We loved our stay at this vrbo near RMNP and have already booked our return next year.
