We chose this property for the pool. Only to get here and be told it isn’t open yet. ??? It’s 95 degrees. We rode over 300 miles to get here as a half way stop to next location. Being on the motorcycle sweating Terribly… we could not WAIT to jump into the pool. Sad. Other issues as well but this put a damper on our stay

The room was nice, and the property manager is working at keeping it up, but it is an older property. All the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was very satisfactory.

The only complaint we have is the breakfast.There was never any scrambled eggs,and coffee was cold in one of the containers.The room was clean the staff was very friendly the area was quiet.

There was a drunk man knocking on my room door when I arrived in the parking lot, I spoke with the Employee on duty that night and explained that to him. The employee try explaining to the gentleman that he was at the wrong room and that he had to leave. I ended up calling the police.

This property is currently under renovations the room was nice but when you are traveling with children in the summer you expect the pool to be open it was the bright spot of this property it was closed.

When we arrived the lobby was locked and no one was there. We called hotel phone from the parking lot and got an answer. It took the guy about 5-10 minutes to get to the lobby check in

Quote communication between expedia and the hotel itself the room that we were assigned to had bread crumbs in it then we were shifted to another room With only one bed when we paid for double beds our son had to sleep curled up on the sofa.

I clicked on the room with the jet tub and there wasn’t one. We were happy with the room and the customer service. The coffee at 8 am was cold out of the thermos pot. The selection for breakfast was not desirable at all.

The hotel room was just plain nasty! There were unidentifiable in th a lamp shade and dust too. The walls had dirt stains and the shower was also dirty. The wooden door to the bathroom felt sticky. The hotel rooms need to be updated. I have stayed in Quality Inn before but i was extremly disappointed. The dining area was well kept amd the staff was extrwmely nice and accommodating, but the hotel needs to be ahut down, rennovated and most importantly cleaned!!

Very tired property. Room was musty and very dated. Bathroom door had the veneer torn away. Would not recommend. Most expensive on our trip to Georgia.

This hotel was too pricy but overall the stay was ok. I recommend a remodel for the cost of the rooms. The room was was decent for as the cleanliness but there’s was no extra towels and was clothes which is one of my pet peeves but at least the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying.

Checked in through a lobby window. Once i got the keys to the room i drive over to the room to find the door wide open with a chair holding it open. I walk back to the desk to tell the man on duty and his response was "oh the maintenance must have left it open earlier in the day". I went back to the room to check it out and it seemes fine. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was filthy. I wouldnt recommend this place.

We might as well have stayed in a Motel 6 for $50, the place was run down. The first room they put us in there turned out to be unlocked when we got to it and the bed looked like someone had been on it. On one wall was a stain that looked like blood splatter ... my wife was spooked. They moved us to another room which was "OK" but carelessly maintained. (Shower room kind of dirty). The hotel is obviously undergoing some renovation but this is not what I have come to expect from Quality Hotels.
