"The location is fantastic, just steps away from great local food stalls and the busy streets of Hanoi. Very friendly and attentive staff greeted us and our room was ready when we arrived. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was stocked and the hot shower was welcome after a day of travel. The free breakfast buffet was well stocked and a bowl of pho was also included. It’s light on frills but a perfect place for visiting Hanoi. "

Everyone from the front desk, to the pool attendants, bell staff and housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and kind. They look after every need you could possibly have. The buffet breakfast is very good and fresh every morning. I travel quite a bit and this is a great property, one of the best I’ve stayed at. All thumbs up from me! "
