"The reception is very helpful and prompt. So is rishab who is part of the housekeeping team. But the property is worn out. For example, the linen has holes. The restaurant looks dead. The rooftop bar doesn’t exist. "

"We were upgraded to a suite from a deluxe double as the booked room was not available to us. The third member of our party got the deluxe double room and was very pleased with it. Very spacious and comfortable suite. Hot water was a bit hit and miss during the day but was available in the evening. "While the room was nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable they were extremely mean on service. They ran out of towels and did not replenish empty shower/gel or shampoo. They also only provided two safe bottles of drinking water during our stay and refused requests for additional bottles. All in all, this was a disappointing hotel."
