"I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport. The price was very competitive at ₹11,000 with breakfast included, and both the service and food quality were excellent. The staff were attentive, and the overall experience was very comfortable.
The only issue I faced was during the booking process. The hotel charged ₹100 to verify my card, which is apparently a standard procedure. However, since I was unaware of this, my bank flagged it as suspicious and blocked my card for safety. This forced me to order a new card, which caused some inconvenience. While this was not really the hotel’s fault, a clear explanation of the process during booking would have helped avoid the confusion.
