Really accommodating. A lot of the rooms are really noisy with some ventilation equipment and kind of smelly. But it got all sorted out and it was nice. The pool on the roof is tiny not like the photos hence the four stars not five. The third member of our party got the deluxe double room and was very pleased with it. Very spacious and comfortable suite. Hot water was a bit hit and miss during the day but was available in the evening. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for maintenance on the day we were there which was irritating as we booked this hotel because it had a pool. Park. Being seniors in their eighties, they enjoy the warmth, respect and cordiality with which the hotel Staff greet and treat them with. For them, Rockland is a very comfortable, neat and clean place to stay in for the first four or five nights upon arrival in India while they stock up on and restart their household in South Delhi.
