We stayed in Cabin, visited family in RV site. Excellent facility with variety of activities, pools, playgrounds, play areas. Excellent for group get togethers. Shopping on site or short drive to restaurants, grocery or entertainment. Close to attractions such as Sea World. Would definitely recommend and revisit

Tropical style like hotel in the middle of San Diego. Amazing property with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Nice relaxing area with the fire pits. I was only missing breakfast options during Mon-Fri and limited dinner options after 8pm.

$29 each night for parking! That’s the only thing bad about this place. We payed enough for the room and food here that the parking should be free!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tamarack Beach Resort! The staff was so courteous and friendly from the moment we arrived. The property, though older, is very well maintained, and the location right across from the beach can't be beat. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and the area seems very safe. We had a first floor room with partial ocean view and made use of our outdoor patio every day for morning coffee, lunch, and evening sunsets. Complimentary breakfast...
