Our room was on the first floor, the room smelled like mold. And the bathroom had water damage and a consistent amount of visible mold on the ceiling above the tub/shower area. We spoke with front desk lady, she was great, but the hotel manager didn’t even acknowledge us being placed in a room that had mold in it and current water damage. They did grant me 1 night free in compensation for the mess that was happening in our room The smell was horrible. We had no choice but to stay in the room until the end of our stay. All they could offer us was 1 room way too small for my family. Very minimal, Helen the lady up front did what she could. But the Hotel manager could have done way more. I have pictures to prove the amount of water damage and mold in that room . So discussed with the whole situation. The owner needs to know how that hotel is being run, for the money they charge they can do so much better. Be careful staying in room 127 look out for the mold and water damage. Plus the smell of mold in the room.

I paid for the VIP status and got nothing. When I went back to the front desk to tell them I paid for VIP and want an upgrade, they lied and said they didn't have any upgradable rooms. This was Sunday at 7pm. The parking lot was half empty, room rates were slashed in half. There were plenty of upgradable rooms. They lied. And then suggested I go somewhere else. Then she handed me a drink ticket. That's it. VIP is useless especially at this hotel.

Lobby was nice after that it went down hill rooms smelled musty leading up to your room door dark and old the rooms were so bad we left didn’t stay got a refund on the rest of our stay lost the first payment . The rooms smelled so bad it hit you the second you walked in .
