It was sad. Rented 2 rooms. Got in at 5.30 pm !!! My daughters room wasnt ready ! We waited 1 hour ! And still !! Wasnt ready. To top it all off. The next day. They didnt clean or room. Nor bath or make beds. :( want more ? I called at night. To tell the lday in charge what happenned. Asked for waters. (Cause they didnt clean our room that day. And she said. You have to come down and get them. OMG. Sad experience at legacy hotel san diego

The place is a joke. Paid 350$ per night for a double queen. They charge 40$ a night for parking. The staff is super unfriendly - asked them to refill the water in the cucumber lemon water and the lady pointed me to the store to go get some water. We are paying so much money and you can’t even provide drinking water ? Are you that lazy that you can’t go fill up water ? The restaurant is another piece of disappointment- food was terrible and tasted like diner food, but cost 30$ for the simplest of pasta dishes Will never return here

Hotel was great. Loved the pool but hot tub was unfortunately broken. Balcony of room was wonderful and the seating there was also great. Relaxing lobby and courteous staff!

Hotel looked clean and beautiful, they upgraded our rooms to include the pool view. However we had to lay for parking in the hotel. That was ridiculous. Free WiFi provided was slow and could barely even open social media, we had to pay for fast WiFi. Front desk was slow and nonchalant mostly. The lady who attended to us the day we checked in couldn’t be bothered to properly explain how the AC and refrigerator worked. The pool size is ridiculous. Looked like a home backyard pool. For a hotel of that size, that was weird. Room service was unavailable when needed. Front desk said they were short staffed after we had paid so much for the hotel. We had to forcefully demand that our rooms were cleaned.
