Sabrina was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and I can’t be more grateful that she is the one that helped me that night. Her hospitality is exactly what I looks for in a hotel. After years at the Ritz Carlton I find it harder and harder to find and when I do, it’s like a breath of fresh air.

The only issue I had was the fact that there was no breakfast available. Had to walk across the street for that. Also, the evening restaurant JSIX was completely void of customers, where all the other local restaurants in the Gaslamp district were very busy. Maybe an indication of either poor food and/or service. Other than that, I will definitely stay there again.

Well it was super mediocre, the hotel had renovations going on but thats no excuse as even the reception area didnt seem right for the type of hotel it claims to be. Location is good but many other alternatives in the area. We werent impressed….
