"Most of the staff was super nice and helpful, the night staff we're a little less so. We had a room in the tower, which looks and feels like it hasn't been updated since the 80's. The shuttle to Disney was helpful and the drivers were quick and kind."

The hotel claims they have best technologies to block the noises, but we can hear planes departure noises. clearly. When I check in, I told the front desk staff about my request. I'm telling you that your future customers be awear that room location is very important."

"I stay at Loews pretty often when I'm in LA. It's centrally located. The parking garage is a distance from the hotel but it's better than paying for valet. The gym is also good. The carpet could be cleaner."
