"Decent, reasonably priced and conveniently located hotel in Burbank. Twin highrise buildings, with dated architecture, but clean and well maintained. Very spacious living space, with separate bedroom and living rooms, each a good size. The only negative was pronounced noise coming from the nearby I5 freeway, even though our room was on the 17th floor. Hotel parking is $30 per night, but we found street parking about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Note that some streets dont allow parking from 3am to 5am, which makes overnight parking not possible on those streets."

"This is now on my top 5 places to stay near Disney. It was my first time staying there. It was a family trip with 4 adults and 4 kids ranging in ages from 2-17 and we all slept comfortably. Everything was clean. There were a couple things here and there I would have liked to have seen but nothing that was a big deal just preference. Breakfast was a simple, basic breakfast which is fine and was convenient for a big family when sometimes agreeing on where to eat can be difficult. Parking was a little inconvenient since we had to park on the opposite end of the property and our room was towards the front. AC was working great. Staff was friendly and the little store they have on site came in handy. Overall it was very enjoyable and will stay again in the future."

"The rooms were lovely. Hotel pool was super clean and heated. It was extremely relaxing and fun. Staff was helpful from parking to check in and beyond. The only downside is the cost of parking , which even next door is 25 bucks for the day but if you park for just a few hours it is 3 bucks an hour so we checked in and unpacked and relaxed only to leve and need to pay 20 bucks. If you had a store validate parking it was less. But it was too late for us as we had plans to go to Griffith observatory."

"We had a suite which was clean and neat. Issues were promptly repaired. The room had a strange configuration with frosted glass doors for the shower and toilet areas that could be seen from sitting area...thus lacking privacy. We had one drink at the bar but did not otherwise eat or drink at the hotel. Convenient to Gaslamp restaurants and activities."
