Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."
