"We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff, and service were the highlight, as well as how clean it was kept. The room was slightly cramped and dated, but the cleanliness of the room most definitely made up for the that. Our kids absolutely loved the waterpark, and we would probably come back because of that, and how clean the resort was for those things alone. It was also nice that the buffet had a table of kid friendly foods, very handy for our toddlers. "

"It’s been our 7th visit. First time we felt that we’ve been somewhat economized on.Omagio restaurant turned into buffet for breakfast vs menu. For three nights we were torched with Mexican food while other choices were limited. Guys on beach always super helpful super service there. We’ll come again for sure just having a perspective of 6th past trips certain things discerned above were unexpected."

Large family groups who tolerated us but are not generally friendly or communicative and squeeze you out of your space if you don’t stand your ground. "The staff gives great customer service and everyone is very friendly & helpful. We arrived on a Friday, and unfortunately by Sunday afternoon we got sick from something we had eaten. Other guest who came to the wedding got sick too :( We never left the property, we had all the meals there. It’s very important to extreme safety measures when handling/having food seating outdoors for the guests. It will be greatly appreciated "

"It was great entertainment by the pool and if it was too noise you could go to the adult pool. Most of the waiters were very tentative with serving drinks and food. I didn't like that the gym usage was not part of the all inclusive and that you were limited on the restaurants for dinner."
