I could honestly say this hotel is one of the nicest ive been to. The staff were professional and nice. The hotel itself is very pretty and clean. Our room was gorgeous and even had a dishwasher! That was a first. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable.. nice finishings in the room. Overall had a great stay and will definitely use this hotel again in future. Im also someone who dreads hotel stays because I worry theyll be gross upon arrival/bed bugs - but this place was immaculate!

first room was very quiet the first night not facing the GM plant and railway. We then went to stay at a friends house for the super bowl game. When we booked in the second night got a room facing the GM plant and train tracks. Very noisy like a hot rod race track. A bit quieter at night but will never take a room on that side again knowing what the noise level is

We stayed here for a swim meet and the staff was incredible. After connecting with us days before the stay to make sure we were ok with switching our accommodations, they threw in M Lounge access for the entire stay. They were accommodating of dietary restrictions and we even had a wonderful conversation with Jenn, the general manager. Honestly can’t rave enough! The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. We won’t hesitate to book again for the next meet!

My fiancee and I couldn't have been happier with this bed and breakfast experience. The place was comfortable and well designed. Even the bed sheets were of good quality. The host was most gracious and kind and the breakfast we had offered everything you would want/need. There is also a nice balcony that looks into the woods where we sat and had our morning coffee. We will definitely be booking with this place again next time we need a place to stay in that area.

Starbucks in the hotel with discounts to the room was a nice touch. Also really liked the selection of restaurants across the street.

Beautiful room! This hotel is so quiet, and every small detail is attended to like the wave of a magic wand. Fresh flowers are in every room and table. There are a choice of three hotel made epson salts (rosemary, lavender, and eucalyptus) to enjoy is an oversized tub. The rooms feature heated bathroom floors, and trail mix is left for a nightly snack when they close the curtains and ready the room for the night. Staff were terrific. They upgraded our daughter’s room at no extra cost because it was her birthday and then upgraded our room as well. Thank you Raylin Sales at the reception desk. Exceptional customer service.

What an amazing experience from check in to the turn down service this hotel it first class. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We are not big city people at all and were out of our element and the staff treated us like we were important. Can't say enough about the staff and amenities.
