"I know this is a Super 8 and I don’t expect luxury, but I do expect a clean room. Unfortunately, ours clearly hadn’t been cleaned well. The floors weren’t swept or vacuumed, there was a previous guest’s shirt left behind, dust on the phone and window ledges, bugs on the window sill, and the room smelled. The bathroom floor had small black hairs, and the nightstand had a questionable white/clear substance on it. I’m giving two stars instead of one because housekeeping did come right away when we reported it and cleaned the room, which I appreciated. But basic cleanliness should really be the starting point."

"Parking was easy and free and we could park right outside our room. Check-in and out were simple and stress-free. I was able to check in 2 hours early, which was amazing. Within walking distance of the GO Station, we had a great stay. super convenient for all my needs and clean and reliable for a good price. "
