"Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Area is shady. Power went out at 3am and not back on until 7am and this hotel had no generator to kick in. Terrible. No emergency lighting in halls or stairwells. And in this area of town that makes it even worse. "

"The staff was friendly and welcoming, and parking was fine. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The room was clean, but the strong smell of bleach was unpleasant. There was also a constant drip from the bathtub faucet, and the bed was extremely squeaky, which made it hard to rest. The room temperature was another issue — it was quite cold, and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to make any difference. On top of that, noise from the nearby highway was very disruptive. Unfortunately, there was also a group in the next room playing loud music and laughing late into the night (around 1 a.m.), which was very disturbing. We had to contact the concierge to address the situation. Overall, not a great stay and quite disappointing."
