3096 Shoreline Towers - 3 Bdrm/2Bath

This comfy unit offers 3 bedrooms- a king bed in the master, two full beds in one guest room, and a full bed and a day bed in the other. There are 2 bathrooms- the master bath has a walk-in shower, the guest bath has its own TV! There are 6 TVs throughout the unit, ensuring you don't miss your favorite shows while on vacation. The large TV in the living room is perfect for family movie nights after a long day on the beach. There is a couch in the living room and recliner for relaxing. The dining area and living are open and spacious, allowing the perfect setting for large families or multiple families on vacation together. There is an enclosed balcony just off of the living space.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Beautiful unit

We loved this 3 bedroom unit. One disappointment was there was no balcony (the Vrbo listing said there was one) and none of the windows opened (except the kitchen) so we weren’t able to get the sea breezes or hear the waves. There were a few maintenance issues but when we called them in a repairman came the same day and fixed them. The pool was amazing- nice and warm. We were disappointed that the grills were so far from the units and they were charcoal-no gas grills. The location was wonderful, the beach was beautiful. We loved our stay and will be back next year.

Condo is looking for repair

Shoreline Towers is needing to provide a better service… The owner of the condo will be replace and repair a lot things… ar condition is not good for hot days and if you need washing or drying your clothes the wash machine and dryer machine is not working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we originally had booked sold, the renter didn't let us know ahead of time. We appreciated our stay but the condo was disgusting. It wasn't cleaned before we came to stay. There was still trash to be taken out (including egg shells and other groceries) and sand/dust bunnies everywhere. I called to let the owner know but the 6 kept falling out of the code on the door

Overall great location and view....both kitchen and bathroom amenities are in need of updates.. toilet seats worn/stained very unbecoming, dishwasher broken had settling water which caused knats.
