A cozy retreat in the heart of the city. This 3bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers a comfortable living space. Relax in the small back patio or take a short drive to explore downtown Walnut Avenue and Cleveland Highway, just minutes away. Parking is a breeze with two available spaces in front of the house & street parking has proven hassle-free. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility in our centrally located home
The space
House features three rooms (upstairs) with two queen beds and one twin bed. The master bedroom has a full bathroom, while the other two rooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. Additionally, there's a half bathroom downstairs.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house, including the back patio. While the back yard is sloping, guest are welcome to use it if needed.
Other things to note
The host and co-host previously lived in the home, expressing their love for the area. A previous renter also enjoyed the home and the neighborhood, moving out only to become a homeowner. Positive feedback highlights the convenience of the location, with everything nearby. The hope is for guests to enjoy their stay as much as the hosts and previous renter did.

Terrible stay
Cockroach, place was dirty.light fixture coming out of the wall train went through every hour. Nothing to hardly cook with silverware scattered in a dirty drawer on top of paper towel not even in a holder. I do have pictures of everthing. Vents were filthy i could go on and on to me not up to VRBO standards would never recommend
