"I liked that it was near a lot of restaurants and other sites to see. Also not far to the airport. The staff was great as I checked in I had reservations for a handicapped accessible room. Well they said they may have to move me for a night which would have not been good. They ended up not moving me, which was great. We were there for two weeks. Also I liked the gym. It had a peloton bike that I worked out on every morning. Fantastic! Recommend this Hotel. "

"My stay at the Fairmont Empress was nothing short of amazing! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds covered in vibrant flowers that made every walk outside feel magical. Our room was incredibly well-appointed, and the bed was so comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The spa was a real highlight—such a rejuvenating experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting. And to top it all off, the bar was iconic. On our last night, we stopped in for dessert and port, which was the perfect way to end our stay. I can’t recommend the Fairmont Empress enough. It’s an unforgettable experience from start to finish!"
