Welcome to “Casa De Serenity” Beautifully updated, fully furnished 3 bdrm 2 bath

This newly remodeled, non-smoking home comfortably sleeps 11 guests; Room 1 on main level includes a bunk bed with twin on top and queen futon on the bottom and a 2nd queen futon to comfortably sleep five guests.
Bedroom two on main level, has a queen bed for 2 guests, with memory foam topper.
Living room has a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper for 2 guests.
Main floor also has a full bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, the large master bedroom loft has a king bed with memory foam topper & sleeps like a cloud.
This room has a romantic faux fireplace, large TV and en-suite bathroom with large shower, dual vanities and spacious walk-in closet with personal security safe.
Need to do a little office work? That space is here for you in the master loft with a desk and monitor.
This unique property comes with a pellet stove, mini split unit for heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, several TVs, full-size washer/ dryer, large kitchen with nice appliances, and all needed cooking and dining essentials, stocked coffee station, as well as games, puzzles, and movies for all to enjoy.
This is a fully fenced property with a security gate.
“Pre-approved dogs” only are welcome with a one time $100 pet fee, maximum of 2 dogs. Proof of Certified service dogs stay free.

Great stay by Cortez
Well taken care of property had all the amenities you could need and thoughtful hosts. We stayed four nights with our dogs and had no issues. It is on a busy road but fully fenced and not a problem for us. Kitchen is very well stocked too. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Coordination & communication was so helpful.
Super nice accomendations, very pleasant property manager, extremely organized in the house, very affordable, location of the house worked well for our family. The eleven of us were comfortable, and we were always able to really enjoy the five days at the house. We sure will miss the manager and the beautiful area too. August climate was very nice for our group.

Perfect for our stay
This rental was very nice. The host obviously takes pride in the presentation and hospitality. Has everything you would need for your stay. Very clean, updated, and a good location for visiting the local attractions in SW Colorado. If you forget bathroom supplies, there are some provided. Has a Keurig in kitchen, a long with good selection of coffee and hot chocolate. There was even a box of Otter Pops in freezer which were very welcome after a long day hiking in Mesa Verde National Park. Bottle water in fridge, snack chips and microwave popcorn. The master bedroom upstairs was very spacious and comfortable with king bed, and his/hers sinks in bathroom. Second bedroom downstairs had a queen bed, and third bedroom had a bunk bed with futon bottom and another futon. 2nd bathroom downstairs was smaller, but clean. Washer/dryer, large dining table. Every bedroom has a TV, with a large curved flat screen in master bedroom. Living area furniture very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area

The home is conveniently located between downtown Dolores and cortez with easy access to stores and the wilderness. The size of the home was perfectly sized for our family. And everything was well kept. Thank you for letting us enjoy it :)

Casa de Serenity house
The home itself was perfect for our family. Plenty of room. Very clean. Had everything we needed and then some. Had a Keurig maker and coffee selection, some snacks were offered and chocolate, yummy! The only thing for me is the house is off a busy street and the passing cars made it hard to sleep during early morning and late night hours. However, the home is in a good location if visiting Mesa Verde. Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay here.
