A++

Breakfast was well worth the extra cost.

Easy check-in with very friendly front desk staff. Hotel was very clean and room was well-equipped and comfortable.

Everything was fine the only slight quibble i have was that cleaner mops were dirty and left dirt swirls on the floor

Good location

Great staff, location and amenities. Always excellent value!

Close to an event we were attending.

Very nice! There is not one complaint I can think of! Parking was great. Check in was quick and smooth, staff is kind and the room is very clean!

I really enjoyed my stay. The rates are reasonable and the hotel is clean. Where I did mess up is, reaching late (in darkness). It was hard for me to negotiate getting the access cards and finding my way around without any staff. My bad. But I found things eventually. No big deal. The hotel is clean, I did not have any noise bothering me. There is parking available just in front of the door for free or underground for a fee. I had everything I needed. A microwave, coffee maker. I am very happy...

I like the place

We stayed here three nights with our dog. The front desk staff were very friendly and solved all problems quickly. I would definitely stay here again while in Ottawa.

Building seemed very new and well maintained. Great central location. Stay was okay. The friendliest person was our room cleaner! The lady who checked in was kind of miserable and the lady who check us out was nice enough but stressed out because of an incoming wedding party.

Beautiful modern hotel in a renovated Mill beside the Mississippi River. Very clean and well appointed rooms with a well stocked kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. In a very good location near walking trails, river park and downtown restaurants. We will return.

Ideal location if you want to be close to the airport. Free breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean.
