"Great places to visit in close walking distance around this hotel (Sophia, Jolie, Willie Mae's, Junebug, True Food Kitchen, a sneaker boutique, art galleries, grocery store) as well as very close proximity to a mall (Riverwalk) and further down but close to a major casino. As far as the hotel itself...loved the color schemes and wall murals. Artsy! :-) The brick walls and high wood ceilings in the room was also nice change from normal hotel rooms. Comes with a fridge, no microwave BUT, there is one to use on the 2nd floor. Showers could be hotter :-( Hotel personnel was 50/50. The ones who were good were really good! Meaning professional, friendly, articulate, helpful. Valet and housekeeping were friendly. The staff who were not good, were not bad, but could use some work. Not so professional. Felt like I was bothering them or they were tired/bored of my mere presence. Was not articulate and mumbled or didn't smile. Overall...I would patronize Courtyard by Marriott New Orleands Warehouse Arts District again! Just work on that hot water and those warm receptions! :-)"

"The hotel is a beautiful historical hotel. We had to arrive early from our river cruise. They accommodated us with an early check in and we REALLY appreciated it. We would highly recommend. This location is perfect for walking just about anywhere."

"Overall it was ok. Location just outside French Quarter, about 20 mins walking distance. No housekeeping during your stay, you need to ask for fresh towels at the front desk. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were comfortable but our room in particular was close to the elevators and we we able to hear starting and stopping during the night."

"Overall really great stay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and a great view of the city! Loved the direct access to the trolley just outside the hotel and also the breakfast at Silver Whistle downstairs was phenomenal - loved The Avenue truffle egg jar. Never made it upstairs to the rooftop because kids aren’t allowed up there but heard it’s really beautiful. One thing that would have been helpful would be larger shampoo/comdutioner/body wash bottles in the room, not really enough to accommodate four people. "
