Perfect cabin, tucked away
We were looking for a quiet place to relax between our adventures around southern IL. This cabin was perfect. It was clean, had anything we needed (except wi-fi), the front porch, back porch and surroundings provided a peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors. We would recommend this to others or even go back again ourselves.

Booking At Joanne’s “Cabin on the Hill” property proved to be the most wonderful experience, from booking to checkout! Beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and all the comforts of home, this property offers, privacy and with full appreciation of nature! Great location and close to many nature trails and wineries! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Secluded Cabin
This cabin was perfect. Very clean and very secluded. No wifi, and no cell service for mint mobile. It was peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was extremely well stocked, and the owner was so great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

It was the perfect location for a wine getaway! The cabins was secluded but very close to so many beautiful wineries. The best we’re comfortable and the shower was amazing! Definitely will come back!

The cabin in the woods with everything we wanted to be. Beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings inside and out -gorgeous night skies, secluded and a perfect landing place after exploring the area. Highly recommend!!

The most perfect place!
You will not regret booking this beautiful quaint cabin in the woods. The place was clean and had absolutely everything we could think off. The owner was communicative, making sure everything was good with our stay. We would love to return in the spring when everything is green and alive! Highly recommend this property for a relaxing get away.
