Nice home on a large canal.

We stayed for three days and enjoyed it very much. The location was perfect for us and it had plenty of space and well appointed. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen, including spices. The lanai overlooking the canal and pool was excellent. We ate outdoors on the table there. Would definitely recommend the place.

This was our first time using VRBO and staying at this property! This was hands down the best and most memorable trip to date! This property was clean, accessible, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen came fully stocked with every item you could ask for, which made preparing dinners a breeze! The pool was inviting, beds and furniture very comfortable, and the scenery was just awesome! We really enjoyed the layout of the property, too! From check-in to check-out, this was truly a memorable experience and we will absolutely return! Seriously, book this property! The place was great! The bedroom furniture was a little awkward - one side had a high side making it impossible to get in and out of the bed so we had to slide down to the foot of the bed to get out. Not fun in the middle of the night. Forewarned is Fire armed

Property was in good condition, and very clean. Property manager was very responsive and reached out to us right away to see if we needed anything. Nice pool area. It's not a complaint against the property or property manager, but this house seemed to be a long way from everything. Every where we wanted to go seemed to be 20-30 minutes away. Again, not a reflection on the house or the manager (both were good). Just might have been in the wrong location for the things we wanted to do. Gave an overall rating of 4 due to location. Everthing else worked for us.

Beautiful home with all you need and more!

We enjoyed our stay so much here and will definitely be back In the future! With so much room, we were able to spread out - even when we hosted our in-laws for a couple days (there were 6 of us). We took advantage of getting the pool heated and it was perfect. There were bikes and kayaks. It was decorated so nice. The kitchen had everything you can think of - Keurig & drip coffee maker, instant pot, air fryer and more. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home and for being such gracious hosts!!

Property overall was good. Could have used more towels we had 5 of us and only 5 towels in the whole house and 2 pool towels. and the airfresheners were over bearing. We were only there for a funeral so did not get to enjoy to much.

Our stay was good. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed our stay. The clean and warm pool was very appreciated. Being on the canal was also nice. The house was spotless and smelt nice and fresh. The furniture was to for us modern being all white with the bed being difficult for retirees to get in and out. The bike tires were low or flat and only had a small pump that didn’t work very well. The life jackets were not big enough for a adult so we couldn’t use the kayaks. Also would have been nice to have a garage door opener for the car. The house was well equipped. This review may sound a bit negative but the positives out weigh the negatives.

Great Vacation

We had a Blast at this house! The Pool was Great! My kids swam all day and night! We also caught a bunch of fish in the canal behind the house. The kitchen and appliances were a great touch. The bed in the Master bedroom was Big and Super Comfy. Make sure to bring bug spray if you’re going to be in the backyard at night!

Busted up after hurricane Ian

The shingles were half missing, soffits, gutters and the lanai were all torn up and not one word was mentioned about the house condition when I asked before arriving. The house smelled and we had to buy candles, there were small gnats and termites everywhere, and we had no hot water in the showers. The light/fan switch for the living room shorted out off and on, unsure if it was from water coming in through the roof. There was nowhere else to stay after we arrived, so we did have to manage at this place, but it was terrible.

Great place to stay

The owners were very nice and checked in on us. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The area was quiet and relaxing with the canal in the back. We saw a few turtles and an iguana. Please note that you have to tell them up front about heating the pool. I am sure that they would have turned it on for us if we had asked. We were only there a few days and it was warm enough to use without heater. We would stay there again.

Quick Cape Coral visit

We stayed briefly as we were checking on our NW Cape Coral build and dropping items at our storage unit. It was comfortable and centrally located for the activities we did during our three night stay. Great communication with the property manager. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
