Plus, enjoy your favorite games and shows on the outdoor TV, perfect for entertaining guests while you soak up the sun or relax by the pool.

The master bedroom also includes a sleeper futon for little ones, plus a high chair and playpen stored in the walk-in closet.

ROMANTIC GETAWAY FOR TWO
This spacious home comfortably accommodates a family of seven but is also cozy enough for romantic couples. Enjoy the intimate outdoor living space with a fireplace and outdoor TV. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds with memory foam and innerspring hybrid mattresses, complemented by soft linens. Play cards, enjoy board games, or sip champagne on the couch while watching free movies on your Roku TV.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

POOL HEATING:
The pool water is warmed at ambient temperatures by an environmental friendly Pool Heat Pump at no additional charge, from the hours of 8:00am-9:00 pm. Pool Heat Pumps are dependent on the outdoor temperature and I cannot guarantee it will be warm enough for some, when the temperature drops below 50 degrees.

GRILL AND FIREPIT:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tanks for the firepit and grill during their stay. If you need to purchase more propane, Home Depot is just 4 minutes away and we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost. Simply retain the receipt and we will take care of the reimbursement at the end of your stay.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:
This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we care about our neighbors. Quiet times begin at 10:00 PM. Bring the fun indoors. Max overnight guests allowable is seven (7), but guests are absolutely welcomed, however no unregistered overnight guests.

Amazing accommodations!

Property is even more beautiful in person. Family of six stayed so comfortably. Pool noodles, fishing rods, outdoor cooking. We didn’t want to leave for the beach or any other day trips! Will def be back. Host was super responsive.

Family Time

There’s a saying, people may forget what you say or do but they will never forget how you made them feel… I just have to SAY, Lorraine has great communication skills. She replies to messages promptly, has well written notes for guests to follow and is there when needed. Her and her team DO an amazing job to make a person FEEL welcomed and right at home! This place is well organized and very clean. Well structured. My mom had a walker/wheelchair and was able to move around well. They have really thought of everything! Cannot wait to come back and stay

Best Vacation House Ever!!

Sisters trip

The house was very nice. We played games in the evenings and used the pool during the day. The house was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The location is close to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this home for your get away.

Fantastic House & Pool

Our family (ages 17-76) had an amazing time at this wonderful home. The pool was perfect, and the house was beautiful inside and out. Lorraine responded quickly to all of our questions and was very easy to work with. We hope we can come back again soon!

Perfect for a Cape Coral getaway

We rented this house to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and it was absolutely perfect. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. We enjoyed the modern but cozy atmosphere and soaked in the Florida sun by the pool. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for a family vacation or girls trip!

What a great home! It had everything we needed from a fabulous lanai with a sunset view, to a spotlessly clean and well appointed kitchen and bedrooms. Loved the walk-in shower and comfy bed.

Friends getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO. Lorraine answered any questions we had quickly. The house, pool, and property were really clean. The outdoor area by the pool was relaxing. Beach towels/chairs, laundry soap, and so many other little things made the stay even more enjoyable. The home is well decorated, modern, and comfortable. I highly recommend a stay here!

Great house! Ok area

We absolutely loved the house. It had a lot of pros and just a few cons. Pros: awesome pool, great canal with fishing gear kayaks and paddleboards. Beds were comfy. Outside kitchen was awesome.Cons: lacking some basic cooking necessities... no salt... no oil..only was provided with 2 garbage bags and 2 paper towel rolls. Barely any tin foil left. We ended up buying all of that and leaving it for the next guests. Also the back slider door never locked after many attempts to get it to lock. Area was ok but a bit far from Nicer restaurants and shops.Overall the house is great. Just plan to have a car to drive other places

This is a beautiful home with everything provided. Our son uses a power wheelchair and the home was very spacious and easy to navigate. The home owner has thought of every convenience, making the stay so enjoyable and hard to leave ☺️.

Amazing Stay!

This property is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked for us to enjoy relaxing meals at home. The outdoor kitchen is just amazing. Hubby didn’t want to leave it! Lorraine was very quick to respond to questions throughout our stay. The wildlife we got to see out back was just incredible. Everything from catching fish to feeding ducks but then rabbits and otters too! We will absolutely stay here again.

Spectacular Home

This was the absolute best experience we have had with VRBO! Communication with Lorraine was spot on and she was always quick to respond! Her attention to detail and the decor in this home is off the charts! The pool is amazing as well as the view of the canal and sunsets! No stone was left unturned here! Great House!!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. By far the best VRBO we’ve stayed in due to great communication with the owner, cleanliness (the home is brand new!) and tons of amenities. We visit Cape Coral/Ft. Myers every year and this will now be our go-to home to rent. Our 9 year old appreciated all of the pool toys and jenga game. My 75 year old mother appreciated that both showers were walk-in showers (no tubs). Everything was perfect.

NEW 5+ Star home with heated pool

We, 4-seniors from WA. state, stayed here in Feb. of 2023. This was a "WOW" experience for us. Everything about this new house and pool area, (built in 2022) were perfect. House was professionally decorated and included everything you would need to complete a perfect vacation. Pool was heated to 88-degrees (old people like warm water) and this was included in the rental price. What a deal. Pool area included an outdoor kitchen and even a half bath, so you didn't have to run through house with a dripping bathing suit. The pool overlooked a cannel that has a lot of bass in it. We caught 5 of them one day. (fishing poles provided in the garage, along with 2-paddle boards & 2-kayaks) There is a Walmart Market about 1/4 mile down the road. Lorraine, the host, was great to work with. She responded to our questions in a matter of minutes. PROS = everything CONS = couldn't find any.

Great House

We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and modern and we were very comfortable. The host has thought of so many details. I have to keep editing this review because it’s too long, that much good stuff to say. All tvs are smart. All remotes are on the walls in little holders which was great. The bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, hair dryer, etc. and plenty of toilet paper as well as towels and wash cloths. The beds & pillows weren’t the most comfortable but everyone in our group has sleepnumber beds due to back issues so, personal preference. There were extra pillows and blankets in bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. There was tons of beach/pool stuff as well as paddleboards and kayaks as well as fishing gear for the canal. The canal is very slow moving so the water wasn’t something we had any interest in getting into. It was fun to fish right from the bulkhead. We had to buy tackle but expected it. The pool was great and the outdoor seating areas were perfect for our group. Great outdoor cooking area. I do wish there had been a couple of beach towels (maybe I missed them). One of the best things is that there wasn’t a long list of stuff to do before we left. It was so basic we all kept looking for another list, or a book or something. Host was amazing. Slightly further than we would have liked from points of interest, but quiet area and well worth it. Cape Coral farmer’s right down the road was great.
