"We are a family of four who were evacuated from mandeville canyon during the Palisades fire and were looking for a semblance of normalcy from all the hotels we were bouncing around from. That is when we found this amazing home in a great location where we found home for several days. We really really enjoyed the property, from the fun lawn games for the kids, the beautiful pool, to the relaxing steam shower in our room. "Our experience was far from what we had hoped for. The main issue was the lack of hot running water, which was particularly challenging for our toddler who needed a bath before bedtime. As a result, two adults had to endure cold showers & despite the host's response in sending someone to address the issue, no one else was able to shower until the next morning.The Wi-Fi never worked during our stay.
