« This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back. »

« Absolutely amazing views off the deck and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there- there’s a comfortable sectional couch and a dining table with ample seating for meals. Loved the ambiance with a tree growing out of the deck and the string lighting too. Very private and serene. The kitchen was well stocked and the host provided fresh eggs. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms clean with good water pressure.We enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub too.There’s parking on the road...

« I was in town for a family reunion. I wanted a place to accommodate me, my sister, her son, and my daughter, both adults. The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. The house worked out great. We even had some family back to the house after the reunion. Patrick was availableand responded immediately as we communicated »

« Exceptional hosts, a beautiful space, out of a story book western. The shower/bath is one of the nicest I've been to, and the exansive views are priceless. I extended by a few days, didn't want to go anywhere, just to be and look at the hills and open sky. »

« We had such a wonderful stay! The shady backyard was the perfect place to relax during a hot weekend, with a peaceful water feature, beautiful birdsong, and such a calming atmosphere. We loved the thoughtful touches like the tarot cards, which made for a fun mother-daughter evening. The outdoor claw-foot bath was absolutely magical—soaking outside while listening to the birds was one of the highlights of our trip. The whole property has a unique, cozy Topanga vibe, and we left feeling refreshed....
