"Apartment, building/rooftop amenities and location were all perfection! We had an amazing stay and hope to return to this property in the future. Host was communicative, helpful and made the arrival & departure process seamless. Our only constructive feedback would be to provide sugar packets & half & half pods for coffee. The Nespresso machine was a great but we had to make an early morning grocery run for those basic coffee condiments. "

"We had a 2 night stay and couldn’t have been happier. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff (Kat) was very kind and helpful. She gave us great dinner recommendations. The hotel is located in old town Calabasas with many options to eat and entertain. Parking is on the property, which for LA is a plus anywhere."

"The garland was freaking amazing ! The day of check in we were panicking because we wouldn’t make it on time , but front desk assured us that we are able to check in at any time without any late check in fees :) the room we booked was beautiful! We stayed in a king bed poolside view and there was a beautiful patio as well that made it even better at night. It was really easy to book a reservation for the Front Yard Restaurant. Perfectly convenient. From our room to the Front Yard was a skip and a hop away. Food was so yummerlicious delicious!! Drinks were the best ! Definitely recommend strawberry fields. We both got tipsy after one drink. Staff was also friendly making conversation and it made us feel extra taken care of. The pool is nice ! Not super heated but great. Appreciate the adult only hot tub, however we just weren’t a fan of how many kids were in the pool. Something I was worried about prior to to arriving was that this is a pet friendly hotel. I was scared of any dog or cat smells but the rooms were in great condition. My only con was the shower only had half a door so it wasn’t nice and steamy. But 5/5"

"Bed was so comfortable and Is the first time at a hotel that I actually got the appropriate amount of pillows They were also comfortable. Room was clean comma and surprisingly spacious. Parking was easy to find near my room and the walk up feel of the hotel as some charm. Dalton was a delight at the front desk. I would stay here again. ♡"

"We had a wonderful experience at The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a memorable stay. The accommodations were outstanding—spacious, beautifully appointed, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. The property strikes the perfect balance between sophisticated elegance and a relaxed California atmosphere. Its location is ideal for exploring West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. We chose The London to conclude our California vacation and celebrate our anniversary, and it was the perfect setting. The exceptional service and beautiful accommodations made our visit particularly special. There were a couple of minor inconveniences. We experienced some elevator issues, and the complimentary car service had limited availability within its two-mile service area. However, neither significantly diminished our overall experience. The London delivers a wonderful luxury hotel experience with exceptional hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return on our next visit to Los Angeles. Highly recommended"
