"Our short stay was good. The bathroom fixtures were falling apart. The sink faucet was hanging on by a thread. And the toilet roll holder fell apart in our hands. But clean room and bed was comfy. We took the airport shuttle at 3:30am and the fellow driving was NOT friendly at all and proceeded to be on a FaceTime call the entire drive to the airport. Ran a red light and was swerving to stay in the proper lane due to looking down at his phone. Thank goodness it was a very short ride."

"Manageable walking distance to shopping & both stadiums. Staff friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and very patient handling every kind of customer (especially noted during check-in time). Secure parking as well, which is a BIG bonus in Vancouver - given most roads now prioritize bike lanes and it’s close to impossible to find street parking. Our family of 4 would be happy stay at this location again given it’s convenient location."

"We had a fantastic stay! Would definitely go back. We traveled mid October, couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather. The property is conveniently located near many attractions within walking distance. Including Stanley park, Granville island, the seawall. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very helpful and courteous (specially Kitti). Would definitely love to back!"

"Everything was lovely except the communal bathroom aspect. We had to share one bathroom in the hall with our floor and it was unpleasant as far as smells and feces on the toilet seat for the duration of my one night stay."
