Dangerous area and Neighborhoods
This house was next to the Buford Housing authority, government housing. When we went the the house, the neighbors were all in the streer blocking the road with about 10 cars. There was looting in the streets and it appeared theybwere doijg ir selling drugs. I contacted the host who then came to the property and confronted the neighbors, telling then i thought they were doing drugs. When i returned back that night, they neighbors became confrontational, to the point that we just grabbed our belongings and left immediately. When i contacted the host to let her know of my concerns about safety, she argued with me that the area was safe and that i was just being racist. She refused to offer any sort of refund and we ended up getting a hotel.

Needs work
There was a half eaten pie in the freezer. There was a bag of melted ice frozen to the floor of the freezer. The coffee maker wasn't clean. The drug dealing neighbors were busy into the wee hours of the morning. There was a dog howling all night every night. There was a infestation of bees and wasps by the front door. If you are going to have a coffee pot, have a full size coffee pot. If you say that towels are provided, then include wash cloths and hand towels. A hook or towel bars in the bathroom would have been really nice. Having us wash and dry the sheets is sort of cheesy. The lawn was overgrown and very scraggly. For the price vs value it was unacceptable.
