« Beautiful and clean property, responsive and professional host. I could bring food and cook. I liked my stay. Be aware if you are older or out of shape (me!) be aware that this studio does have stairs. Recommended! »

« The studio was perfect and in a convenient location. Th e host was communicative and check in and check out was clear and easy. The only downside to the stay, which the host has no control over, is that they were tearing up the street directly in front of the unit and it was very loud at times. I would hope for the sake of everyone that the work will be finished soon and everything will be perfect again. »

« The apartment was on the 5th floor with a spiral staircase. The elevator only worked one time going up and once going down. One in our party had a bad knee and one has poor eyesight! I was NOT MADE AWARE of the elevator issues until shortly before checkin. (The certificate in the elevator indicated it was about a year overdue for inspection. The location was very good and the place was clean and good for three people. The kitchen had few dishes, etc. but we didn't really need them. The bathrooms...

« The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

« It was our first visit to Boston and didn’t know what to expect with accommodations that were not a hotel. If you don’t plan to be in the room very much this place is fine. It has some quirky character because it is an old historical building. The bathroom is extremely small. I mean small! with poor lighting. the main room floor slopes in a few places and the water main runs thru the closet which can be loud. A closet door would help. There are no hooks to hang towels, etc. and could use...
