"Friendly and helpful staff at all time. The hotel was always clean. Although the bathrooms were shared, the housekeepers kept on top of keeping it clean & tidy. Always clean towels & no matter what time I took a shower, I thought I was the first of the day! Bar & restaurant onsite & also open to the public. Again very friendly staff, good menu and conversation. The on site coffee shop was also a big hit with good coffee and pastries served with a smile. The position of the hotel meant I could walk to most places within half an hour. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. "

"The Arcadian is becoming a staple. We travel to Boston frequently. Great location, fair prices, multiple room options. Most of all reasonable in and out parking. Possibly expand the snack shop....my only suggestion. "

"Not what I was expecting. It was ok. I will not come back. Staff at the bar and other staff were very rude. Room was outdated. Bathroom was very, very small. Again, it was ok. Staff need training. Would not recommend and will not come back. "
