The room was clean, but noticed what I believed as mold on the ceiling, over all condition of the exterior of the Inn needs some TLC, It seems to be an older maybe Holiday Inn with an updated name. The Pub attached was good for drinks and the food was quite good, had entertainment several nights and six pool tables.

The room was very clean, and the hotel was well maintained. We also enjoyed dining at Ryan’s Pub—the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great stay with comfortable accommodations and excellent food. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

Waited over 15 minutes for the person at the front desk to finish a phone call before being helped. Rooms are newly renovated, the bed is comfortable and place is clean and relatively quiet overall. The best part of this motel is the restaurant attached, Ryan’s Pub. Excellent food and service.

The staff were exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Special shout out to receptionist April who was beyond superb. The continental breakfast was just what I needed. The rooms were spacious, very clean and came with a microwave fridge and coffee maker, and all worked perfectly. The bed was quite large and very comfortable. The parking lot is very safe. They have lights outside and security cameras. I felt very safe, leaving my car there and having contents within it. There are also a lot of nice restaurants nearby, but you won’t always need them because Ryan’s restaurant and pub inside the hotel is exceptional. Again, very kind and helpful waiting staff and the food is high quality. The hotel is also located not too far from the highway, making travel very convenient. It’s also close to downtown New Bedford so there’s much to do in the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this hotel and think it was just exceptional.

The staff were all super friendly. The room was nice and clean, updated recently. The bathroom and shower were fantastic, the view on the oceanside was lovely. The beds were HARD as a rock, not comfortable at all. Breakfast was so so, typical cereal, yogurt, waffles. The breakfast needs set up better, they had sausage on a different counter from all the other food, I don't think anyone noticed it.

Nice place to stay! The outside may look like it needs renovation (probably forthcoming), but our room was newly renovated and very nice. They even thoughtfully included built-in charging stations on both nightstands. The rate (through Expedia) was very reasonable, compared to other properties in the area. The breakfast included coffee, several juices, two different cereals, oatmeal, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, and a Belgium waffle machine. Didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked fabulous. Would stay here again!

Hot tub was not available to use it was part of a suite. Miss lead in booking. Room was awful. 3 inch gab on the door. Bugs entered. No trash barrel. Coffee pot broken. Pool was ok and entertainment was great at the pub. Floors were not clean. We did alert front desk about the door issue maintenance never came.
