I had been staying in the same unit and it was not expressed as to for my second extension I was to be relocated. I received a call in the middle of the work day saying I needed to move all my stuff. I was met with a rude temperament and absolutely no consideration for my circumstance. When I had still not received the information I was promised, I called back and got the same customer service rep. I was met with the same rudeness and even less understanding. I expressed I didn’t get the email, as I was looking at my inbox during the phone call. I was told I was sent the email and argued with me about it. I was then asked again if I was on my way, as if I wasn’t using my lunch break to uber to the hotel only to uber back to complete my 10 hour shift at the hospital. I honestly had no complaints up until this, but the service I got and the attitude and arguing I got completely ruined the stay. I hope you can learn to be more understanding and maybe learn to not be rude to your guests. It appears to be an older building that has been renovated nicely. Either there were no other guests or they were all very quiet. The room was very clean. Negatives: The trash truck came around 5:30 to collect trash from the alley outside my window. It took them a good 15 minutes of loud banging to collect it all. I was in town for a work conference, and not getting a good night sleep meant I was not at my best. Also, there was no hot water in the shower. The first morning, I was in a bit of a rush, so I thought maybe I didn't let the water warm up long enough or didn't have the knobs turned just right. The second morning, I let the water run while I brushed my teeth, shaved, and ironed my shirt. I tried turning the knobs in every direction. I still had to take a cold shower. The towel holder had no set screw and fell off the wall, the rod in the tiny closet wasn’t screwed in and fell as soon as we hung 1 item. Very bare bones, nothing next to the bed to put your phone or items on. Half the sockets didn’t work. But the location was great.
