« Great stay over the holidays. We brought our dog and loved the fenced backyard location across the street from a large park. While the property allows pets, it was also properly tidy and clean for our stay. Security was great with two smart-lock doors to get inside the unit. Street parking was easy.The property manager was extremely responsive to any requests leading up to/during the visit, and check-out was super easy. « The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2nd floor space that had everything needed for a 5 day stay. The kitchen was full with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. Washer and dryer were a plus as well. Our 2 small dogs loved the fenced back yard and the dog park which is a very short walk away. Stores were very close by for any grocery needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach on the Quincy Bay - there are alot of shells there. We also took the train to Fenway, which was really easy. ...

« We had a great stay! The location, unit, and communication with the host were all great. The unit is very clean and comfortable.The host was very understanding when we shared that the noise from the upstairs unit was a bit disruptive, not because the upstairs guests were loud, but because there's little insulation for sound between the 2 units.
