This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. The home with the view of the river is spectacular. We enjoyed sipping our coffee in the dining room while watching the river flow below. The outdoor hot tub and sauna were so great to unwind. We had a movie night one night and all enjoyed the relaxation of the recliners while playing games/movies on the big screen. The house was perfect, as there was a king room and bathroom for each couple. The amenities were perfect with the sauna, hot tub, theater room and common areas. Everyone had their own space but in close proximity to stay connected. We had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Communication was good with the property manager, as we had concerns of damage during Hurricane Helene. Our concerns were quickly put to rest thankfully. We would all stay here again. There was plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub pool was plenty big and very enjoyable as was the porches and patio furniture overlooking the pool. The location was ideal for a short 30 minute tube ride down the river or a longer hour ride down the river. There of great hiking options in the area for daily morning hikes. WiFi could be better. Well stocked kitchen. Acreage was nice for walking . Our last morning there , a mama bear and her cubs visited the trash can area even though ours were closed and locked. One lock was rusted and therefore didn’t work.We had to spend some time picking trash up.
