Just a short 30 min drive to downtown and Walmart...This stunning home is an absolute dream, offering everything you and your group have been seeking for the perfect trip, and so much more. Indoors or out, no matter where you turn you will be surrounded by the natural beauty of the forest with serene views that will carry all your cares away with the mountain breeze. Even though you’ll be removed from the hustle and bustle of the outside world, you’ll still be close to tons of exciting adventures just a short drive away. Horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, ziplines, shopping, museum hopping, and delicious dining are all within reach, giving you endless opportunities for spending your days immersed in the wonderous outdoors. Can’t stand the thought of boarding your fur babies while you’re away? No problem – they are welcome as well!

Every room in the home has been artfully designed around the raw elegance of the wood the home is framed within. Impressive, vaulted ceilings meet rich, warm paneling to fill every room with a cozy ambiance while presenting an abundance of space for you and your guests to spread out. The main level of the home features a grand open floor plan where the living room, dining room, and kitchen seamlessly blend together to create one cohesive space for gathering together. Comfortable leather couches surround a stone fireplace and smart TV in the living room where memories can be made through a family game night or relaxing movie. An elegant dining room table can seat 6 with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island just steps away. The kitchen itself is a chef’s paradise, fully stocked with all major appliances, cookware, dining ware, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Prepare homecooked family style meals together or enjoy a spread of charcuterie and afternoon cocktails in this space designed for entertaining. A second living area on the lower level is accompanied by a game room complete with a pool table, chess, and smart TV. Ample sofa seating offers a second space for group gatherings while you cheer on the competition.

Waiting outside you’ll find gorgeous stone and wood decking with a variety of seating and dining options, whether you provide the barbeque master in your group company as they prepare a meal on the available grills or take your coffee by the outdoor wood fireplace. If you desire, you can even take your meals al fresco at the high-top café table.

This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a king size sofa sleeper.

- Bedroom #1 on the main level includes a full size bed and direct access to the deck.
- Bedroom #2 is the sensational master suite and includes a king size bed, smart TV, direct access to the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #3 is located in the loft and includes a queen size bed, direct access to the deck, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #4 on the lower level includes a king size bed, twin daybed, and direct access to the deck.

The home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
- Pet friendly! An additional fee of $35 per pet per day will be applied upon booking. Maximum 2 pets at or under 65 lbs. No cats or rabbits. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and pick up after your pet.
- This property has paved road all the way however, the driveway is a little bumpy because its gravel. We just want you to know in advance that the short driveway leading up to the cabin short and bit bumpy. It should not affect your experience nor will it require 4x4.
- You will need the gate code to enter and it will be provided in your check in details
- This property is 13 miles from downtown Blueridge. It is a 30 minute drive out of the city and in a gated community. The last portion of your drive is graveled and up hill at times. It does not require 4 wheel drive.
- There is WiFi and you will be able to access it. It is not at the speed you may be used to but please note that due to the location of the property, although there is WiFi and an extender, the wifi is still sometimes spotty. So come up and relax and unplug and just enjoy your time away from the chaos of life.

In the northernmost part of Georgia lies the base of the Blue Ridge Mountain chain, lending to the area’s surprisingly rugged and scenic beauty. Lush forests, flowing rivers, hidden waterfalls, and endless adventures await you and your family. With hundreds of miles of hiking trails and rivers to explore, you can spend your entire day outdoors taking in the fresh mountain air and breathtaking scenery. Check out the local guided hikes such as the Blue Ridge Adventure Park and Zipline Canopy Tours. Or enjoy nature’s waterparks by way of tubing, kayaking, fishing, and rafting.

Three Winds Retreat is a short drive from downtown Blue Ridge where you will find several galleries, antique shops, restaurants, and more. You can head over to Mercier Orchards, the largest apple orchard in the southeast. Here you can pick your own fruit, enjoy goodies from the bakery, grab a bite to eat at Candy Kitchen, and/or indulge in some Hard Apple Cider, and wine made from fruits that they harvest. For those who want to be one with nature, Blue Ridge has hiking trails for both all day hikes and quick hikes.

GUIDELINES:
- Vehicle Recommendation: AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended due to the hilly gravel road leading to the house. This is likely to ensure that vehicles have the necessary traction and control on the uneven surface. Caution should be taken to avoid spinning out.

- Penalty for Spinning Out: There is a fine for any vehicles caught spinning out on the gravel road. This emphasizes the importance of careful driving and control while navigating the hilly terrain.

- Noise Level: To be considerate of nearby residents, especially with regards to music, it's advised to keep noise levels low. This helps maintain a peaceful environment and prevents disturbances.

- Respect Private Property: All properties surrounding the two lots are privately owned. Venturing onto these properties is considered trespassing. It's important to respect the boundaries and privacy of neighboring properties.

- Lights Out at 10:00 PM: All outside lights should be turned off at 10:00 PM. This helps maintain a natural environment and avoids unnecessary light pollution, which can be disruptive to wildlife and neighboring residents.

Following these guidelines will not only ensure your own safety but also contribute to a respectful and harmonious experience for everyone involved.

Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Unlike other companies that may charge upwards of $50 for a hot tub cleaning fee, we pride ourselves on transparency and affordability, only adding a $15 charge into our cleaning fee. This nominal fee covers the costs of chemicals, as well as the time and labor invested by our dedicated housekeeping team to ensure a clean and relaxing hot tub experience for every guest. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we trust you'll appreciate the care and attention we put into maintaining our facilities.

Our Basic Provisions:
Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.

Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!
