"This place is truly a gem! The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the snorkeling right off the shore was awesome. We really enjoyed the restaurant the food was consistently great for every meal. What really stood out, though, was the incredible staff. A special shoutout to Martin, our waiter, who went above and beyond by remembering our names from meal to meal. That level of warm, personal service made us feel so welcome. We cane here for a wedding that was across the cove. The wedding site was awesome and it was great to just walk to venue.one disadvantage is there are weddings going on every night. So there is always loud music in the evenings."

"I love everything about this place, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The place was clean it was a great place to relax. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel doesn’t have shuttle service, to pick you up from the airport and take you back. It was quite disappointing that our driver was there to pick us up to take us to the airport and they didn’t bother to look for us. The waiting time is 5 min if not they leave."

The beach was good and only hampered by the seaweed, not the fault of the resort The resort was pleasantly tucked inside a gated community, and so there was no noise from street traffic. There were very nice shops at the very short walk to Dolphin Island Marina. We also went on excursions to the Mayan ruins and the Cenotes, each were full days with lots of travel time."
