Also!! The Big one they told me on 2 different days that we did not pay. I had to argue with them for about an hour even with proof. It took a second manager to settle it and then when we checked out they said we did not pay again. Also, they told me they might not our driver I to pick us up, that we would have to walk to the road. Lucky for us they let him in. "

No suggestions or follow up from the agent Live music was not great, very poor night time entertainment Entertainment not great compared Bahia Principe for example that was way better for entertainment."

Scott was very responsive and answered all of our questions and took care of all of our needs. The cleaners were very thorough and considerate. The pool was lovely, our grandchildren loved it. "Jean Louis is a great host. The condo is exactly as described. We liked having access to the lagoon and kayaks and having bikes was wonderful! Walking distance to beach and beach chairs, umbrella and cooler made it easy for us to spend time at the beach."
