I called the day before to see if I could arrive a few hours early, I was informed that I could, and three hours before check-in, I arrived at the hotel. I was informed that I couldn't check in early. I asked the woman whether she was the same as the one I had spoken to the day before, and she acknowledged that, but she said I couldn't check in. She was simply really impolite. Moreover, it was quite insulting. Two $120 charges were made to my card when I returned to the hotel to check in. I paid in advance and made my hotel reservation on Expedia. When I eventually had a chance to check in, I was informed that my card was being declined. I verified that my payment was made ahead of time and that my card shouldn't be being charged. Now that I've checked into the hotel, two employees told me that expedia.com will compensate me. I had to ask for a receipt before I could go to my room because they did not offer it to me when they finally handed me my key card. The receipt stated that it was a $120 booking deposit, however they charged me twice for it and deducted one of them. (It would not had happened if I didn’t request a receipt) There was only a single face towel in my room when I first got there. I made my way to the lobby and asked for towels. That was the first time I had a good experience with the glasses-wearing woman; she was the kindest member of the crew. My towels and trashed was never touched. No food was offered in 8:00 in eating area but cereal and apples.
