"Room seemed clean. Only blemish was a broken wooden shutter. Safe was locked so not able to use. The room was comfortable, though, and we enjoyed our stay. Cleaning staff was no eye contact nor greeting."

"We had such a nice experience at Riviera the amenities were amazing and plenty! The spa was also so relaxing and a wonderful experience. The room was clean, well kept, and the washroom was amazing in our suite! We had housekeeping come everyday and were always fully supplied in our room with everything we need including water. Would definitely recommend! I almost didn’t book this place because of some of the negative comments but that was not our experience at all when we stayed. "
