"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. "The place was a wonderful size, great layout and in a good location close to downtown. The property management was very responsive. Many of the places in this town did not offer air conditioning and we had unseasonably hot weather and this unit was on the 4th floor. This is not the rental units fault that the weather was very hot but it was a little too warm for us. Glad there were at least fans available to help some. "

"We failed to ask if the apartment had an elevator and air conditioning and it had neither! The fans provided were excellent though and were very good at night when we left the doors open and the temps dropped. Parking was easy and free. All we needed inside was provided. Another wine glass would be nice and we were never able to find clothes pins to hang out our clothes so a few dropped to the ground but we retrieved them! We walked a convenient 15 minutes into the center of town. "

"Our stay in Zermatt was so wonderful. Berenice's apartment is such a cute and cozy place in the mountains. We stayed here as a family with our small children and it was so much fun for the whole family. The apartment has absolutely everything you need (the kitchen is set up SO well), super clean, and the location is prime!! Gorgeous view, excellent host, couldn't be happier! "

"Family of 3 for 2 nights in Zermatt, what an amazing place and an ideal location! Elena was a wonderful host with excellent communication leading up to and throughout our stay. The airline lost our bags and Elena was helpful as we scrambled to buy clothes and other neccessities in Zermatt. "Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

"Location: Easy to locate. Just off the main road thru Chamonix so easy access to drive north or south out of town. You can walk everywhere and the train station is also only a 10 min walk away. Staff: Wonderful and helpful. Very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Room: We had a one bedroom that was Wonderful. It was modern, clean and spacious and had the supplies we needed for a 4 night stay. I recommend and certainly would stay here again."
