Chipped finishes, scuffs. The lobby feels more like a mall entrance and post check-in there was little attention from the front desk staff. Breakfast and common areas are a bit of a madhouse. Lots of families and tourists from all over the world. Excellent location, super comfortable, kind staff. Perfect. the only note is that the reception said we could enter the breakfast anytime up until 10h30 am and stay later to eat but the team upstairs was already putting everything away at 10h30 am so not actually true. We had to run around trying to gather some items to eat. BUT amazing breakfast and excellent breakfast view. They were helpful with special requests and when we had an issue with a late arriving shuttle they stepped in and resolved it with the vendor. Our room had a spectacular Mountain View and the amazing breakfast is served atop the hotel with an even better view. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and the view of the mountain from the dinning room was just breathtaking. Really liked the place. I did not make reservation for parking as I was not aware of this, but there was public parking less than 1 block away. It also had many restaurants walking distance.
