Luxurious 2nd floor (w/ elevator), 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West is within minutes of Beaver Creek Resort and provides a free skier shuttle to both Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola and Lionshead in Vail. Our private skier shuttle is complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

You will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna and tennis courts (summer only). This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with premium linens, towels, and soaps. Housekeeping service is included only after departure.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Great condo!

One of the condos we rented for our family reunion. Clean, well stocked and we love Beaver Creek West Condos. Close to everything and so helpful! We will return again and again.

Great condo for a great price

Despite how expensive the area is to stay in, Beaver Creek West provides great value for the money. Condo served its purpose well. Nice kitchen, great baths with heated floors and grill on the balcony all came in handy. Only negative...the mattresses on the bunks are a bit thin and uncomfortable.

Great Experience!

Great time from arrival to departure. The condo was just as listed. Had kitchen items for the kids. Also the jacuzzi was a welcome after the days of skiing. The bus was very helpful. We enjoyed our time and would recommend staying any time. Hope we can come back too.

Perfect for us!

Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. The hot tub is definitely a plus after a day of skiing. We used and appreciated the convenience of the shuttle and the free bus system as well. Many restaurants within walking distance so we only used car to go to Vail one day. Would stay again.

Our rental unit was clean and up to date. A big plus was the convenience of the resort provided shuttle to the Avon Transportation Center for transfer to other bus shuttles to Beaver Creek and Vail.

Okay...but

Renting the condo was a snap through VRBO and it was certainly spacious enough. The common facilities are a little worn and the unit itself needs a deep clean. Had an issue with the door and the maintenance man was right on it. Pool and sauna were nice. No AC!! Overall, the unit was satisfactory and the complex left a little to be desired.

Very nice Avon condo, good location and affordable

we stayed during Winter Wondergrass and it was nice listening to the music from our balcony plus it has a grill, and they stopped at 10pm so it wasn't noisy too late. Nice hot tubs and pool as well as proximity to what Avon has to offer. Only gripe is that all the beds are quite uncomfortable and you occasionally hear the neighbors and foot traffic (this unit is right at the stairs). Heated floors in the bathrooms are a definite plus! The office staff are also very nice and helpful. Although awkward at first, the combo door locks are quite handy! Good discount at the local ski rental too! All things said ... Would stay again!
