With three floors and 5 bedrooms, plus multiple living rooms, large kitchen and dining areas, this spacious home is perfect for large families or several couples. Just minutes from UGA and downtown Athens.

Second story screened-in porch looks over a large fenced-in backyard as well as a wooded area home to several families of deer. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a nightcap. The large deck, grill, and fire pit area are a great spot to entertain before heading to enjoy the UGA game or explore campus.

A quiet neighborhood, memory foam mattresses, and blackout curtains make for a restful weekend!

Our home is equipped with 5 smart TVs (including one on the screened-in porch), high-speed wifi, and Google Homes in every room (and on the screened-in porch) for surround sound music.
