The hotel is great but we had bad one night experience as our room had bad noise like construction work next door. The wall and our bed was shaking all night. It was due to the air condition unit. The hotel upgraded us to another room for the second day, which was our last.

The shuttle is only once per hour. They should take a look at The Inn at Aspen and how their shuttle service works. I will be back at The inn at Aspen but not here. They also charged me hotel twice and I had a fee because I did not have that many funds.

Antonio, That is unfortunate to hear about your recent experience at Aspen Meadows Resort. Our shuttles do leave twice per hour, with our town shuttle departing every hour on the hour, airport shuttle departing every half hour on the hour, and two ski shuttles departing in morning and evening. Stranded in Aspen 1 night during a storm and flights delayed 23 hrs. Clean room, excellent meal and staff very helpful and friendly helped make it all less painful.

We really enjoyed a comfortable stay at the Aspen Meadows resort. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable and attended to. A great, quiet spot with access to downtown. Would love to come back and enjoy Aspen from the Aspen Meadows resort again.

I love this sweet location nestled into the valley, filled with very friendly staff. The facilities are a bit older and run down though--the hot tub was out of order for the entire week we visited. They also stopped offering daily cleaning service in the rooms, so you will need to request any service you wish to receive. They only offer shuttles to town once an hour now

The hotel is very clean and Immaculate condition. The staff is always on point. Courteous, helpful. There is a restaurant on the property has decent food. Breakfast choices are delicious. There is also a Bar. Hotel is a bit Secluded but a 15 mins walk to city center. Or 3 mins by car.

I value the AI, but the group that created the resort is a mess. The phones in the rooms didn’t work, I ordered a snack from room service (had to call from personal phone and called multiple times before anyone answered front desk) which never showed- keep in mind I called 6x on status, many times tried calling desk for assistance with luggage/ transport but most of the time no one answered or just hung up. Very sad as this was an amazing place years ago.

We could not control the temperature of our room and had a miserable night being too hot. We had to leave the next day and abandon our second night. They offered a different room but the issue was their new HVAC system so I didn’t think another room would help. Trying to get a refund for the second night that we couldn’t use and have called several times.

We stayed for two nights and we are definitely coming back. The king junior suite was perfect for a family of three. The rooms are spacious. Enjoyed the property, our room was facing the river so it was very pleasant in the night with the sound of nature. Great property for taking a stroll in the nearby riverside trail. The staff was very helpful with our luggage as parking garage was a little far from our room. The shuttles to the town was very convenient.

So much good! It is all new. You can open the lower windows and hear the river and get fresh cool air. Tons of awesome lighting and plug ins for all your electronic gadgets. Fridge. Dishes, glasses, and silverware. You can open the back doors and sit outside! Deluxe towels and bathrobes. Lots of room! Needs more bathroom storage. Better toilet. Remove glass shelf in shower. More water pressure. Need more shuttles. Need “quiet after 9pm” signs. People will walk by in the morning hours making a lot of noise. Plato’s is way too expensive.

Parking was a long walk and in a poorly lit underground carpark with no clear path to reception. The food on offer was not at all to my taste with very odd choices on the menu. The room was very nice and well presented.

Our suite was spacious and modern. Bed was comfortable. The staff made a world of difference in our experience. Extremely helpful and friendly and responsive. I would choose this over the Ritz if I go back.

Is not what you looked in pictures when you arrive. In pictures is modern and in person is so different (not modern). Also you have to walk a lot for your room, not comfortable. I could pay same for a better hotel
