« A newly renovated hotel in the heart of Lumby. Check in was easy. Used actual keys for the door. Rooms were large. Had fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Located on main street across from a large grocery store. Half a block from an amazing little coffee shop called Jitter Beans. Hotel was well priced. I would totally stay here again. »

« The bathroom was filthy and disgusting, unbelievable! My wife and I washed ourselves with a hand towel, we didn't dare put our feet in the bath. The hand towel was filthy, unbelievable! The walls were missing paint. When we left the next day, I informed management and barely received an apology. I even wasted time going to show them the mess, at their request. They didn't even have the courtesy to offer me a minimal refund. The cleanliness of the rooms is the owner's responsibility. At least...
