From the moment we arrived for a two-night stay, we were very impressed. The hotel staff is very professional, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the location is second to none. The rooms were spotless spacious and beds comfortable. We will definitely be returning as this has become our go-to hotel for our Salmon Arm vacations.

Lovely stay at this hotel. The restaurant on the pond was beautiful, we dined on the patio for dinners and breakfasts and saw every type of beautiful water bird (and a family of pheasants!) Walked into town for happy hour and checked out some local shops, Overall would stay here again!

The room was lovely, the ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our stay was short but were very much enjoyed it!

The room and hotel are very nice . The pub was fun to enjoy a cocktail before dinner at the restaurant on site which was tasty .

The facility and location were excellent. Didn't use the pool although it looked wonderful. Disappointed that there were no change rooms at the pool. Really enjoyed eating at the Brixx Brewhouse.

The reception/check-in area is grand and the staff were welcoming. The property is clean and well maintained as was our room. However, the room was dark with tiny windows; it felt claustrophobic. The bathroom had good size but poor lighting as well. The towels were of average to poor quality and the shower stall was too small with very low water pressure. All in all unremarkable, nothing terrible but nothing egregious, hence the okay rating. I would have expected a bit more for the price.
