The room was very well appointed for a typical hotel room. There was a couch which was nice. And the art was quite good, which is rare.

A great bed, a hot shower and a decent breakfast - with pancakes, toast, eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, bagels, sweet buns, porridge, and of course, juice, milk and hot coffee...wonderful! Nice stay at the Sandman. We've stayed here before, and highly recommend the park side as it's much quieter than the city (train) side of the hotel.

I arrived at the hotel shortly after midnight. The lobby was locked, lights were off, and nobody was at the desk or answering the phone. Great flight! Will use Air Canada again! Thank You!

                  Aug 19, 2018

There was a flight attendant that was very nice. I am not sure of his name "Adoyo" maybe. He was on the flight Montreal/Vancouver. He talks a lot with the passengers, was carrying and attentive. I think he represents what clientele service should be like!!! Air Canada should use him for teaching other coworkers as my previous flight with Air Canada the staff was rude and not helpful.

Air Canada in Vancouver airport was rude when I asked if I could hop on an earlier flight that had empty seats

                  Mar 15, 2018

It was a very short flight. It was delayed coming back, but I suppose that is unavoidable and not the airlines fault

                  Feb 21, 2017

Your decision to charge for baggage is creating difficulty for your on plane staff and passengers who end up not having the space to store their carry on luggage. Your flight attendants end up trying to fit the 'unfittable' into overhead bins. I routinely see passengers bring too large 'carry ons' as well as additional backpacks, large totes, and stuff them into overhead bins. This results in passengers seated in the last area to board, typically near the front, having to place their things at their feet as the luggage from the rear outpaces the capacity available above the seats. That's just unacceptable on long flights! By all means, charge the money for bags, BUT enforce the size and number of bags rule.

Flight attendant didn't press play for us to hear her spiel. She spoke well in English and French.
