Enjoyed our stay here with two toddlers and our cat. Loved that it was pet friendly. Was a quiet hotel in my opinion, we stayed for a week and had no issues. Staff was very friendly and the whole hotel was very clean. Our toddler threw up in the lobby and the guy at the desk was SO nice about it and made us feel less embarrassed, and sent people to clean it for us. Breakfast options were pretty good, we mostly had eggs every day and yogurt. Pool was semi warm which was nice also. Only complaint is that Netflix is the ONLY streaming app available on the TVs on the rooms. No option to sign in to any other main streaming services like Amazon and Hulu and Disney. So limited things to watch and I wish they would add the apps on there. We will be bringing a Roku or Fire stick next time to plug in. Enjoyed our stay overall, Will definitely be back!

I like the room layout that allows me to have a separate space to work in the room plus there are many charge outlets that you can use many electrical devices at the same time. The area is safe and convenient for eating and shopping.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (came to help when other guests were being VERY loud) and the breakfast was really good (breakfast sandwiches, waffles with lots of toppings, grab and go options, hot and cold choices). I didn't use the pool but it was well used during my stay. Location is close to lots of places to eat and shop (Fox River Mall) and many DoorDash options. Walls are a little thin, shower floor is a little slippery, and A/C and Heating unit made a little sound when turning off but otherwise the room was clean, comfortable, with nice modern amenities (Netflix on the TV, comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen area). Still a newer building (5 years old) Would stay again!

Housekeeping came once during our 5 day stay and only brought towels and emptied the trash. They didn’t make the beads, change the sheets or clean at all, during our entire stay, but took our tip left on the bed. We had to go to the front desk for towels if we needed any. The free breakfast was mediocre, with fake eggs that’s tasted strange, no meat or fruit. Just mainly bread products and oatmeal. We ended up going out to breakfast, which defeated one of the main reasons we chose the property. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Our complimentary breakfast offerings are the brand standard for Home2 Suites, which we are required to follow. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer things such as bacon or sausage, fresh fruit (other than oranges & bananas) as breakfast offerings for our guests. Each Hilton hotel has its own designated breakfast offerings to help ensure continuity between their brands.Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We stayed the same time as 10 other families that were there for a boys wrestling tournament. The boys were in pool (12 of them) in the deep end and shallow end, my 5 year old daughter got hit with a ball twice, we asked them to be careful and considerate of other kids but they kept playing very rough, holding eachother under the water while the parents looked on. They knocked on the walls all night for 2 nights and ran up and down the hallways knocking on doors and running away. This was until 2a. Traveling with a 5year old and a 6mon old this was exhausting having my kids continue to be woken up. We made the front desk aware both nights and they said "these are issues the parents should be correcting". Its sad we paid the same amount as them but were not able to use the pool or have a restful stay since they were allowed to run around while the parents drank.. we were also locked out of our room 2x due to the key cards being deactivated.

The staff tries to do what they can to control situations like this and it is normally resolved, but it seems that there was little the staff could do with the group you mentioned. I paid a 50 dollar incidental fee and never received it back. I reported the first day that the black out shades was broken and the fridge kept making noises. The desk clerk stated, “ well we’re not batting a 1,000!” I was charged six dollars to get a tooth paste and tooth brush Weekend breakfast was unsat. Eggs were bad. No fruit and 3-2 and 3-3 same breakfast spread Very bad cleaning down stairs.

We reviewed our records and your receipt from your stay and there were no additional charges posted including no charges for our complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. The 50 incidentals hold was released by us immediately at check out. It can take up to 5-7 business days for your financial institution to release the funds back to you. I apologize for the maintenance issue with the shades in your room, I have made maintenance aware of the issue. As for breakfast we rotate our breakfast options, and we prepare what is available to us. We do offer fruit daily and there are times during busy weekends that we do run out, I apologize that were unhappy with breakfast.If you notice any unrecognized charges, please reach out to the hotel directly so we can investigate further.

Beautiful hotel! I especially liked the ample space in the rooms to spread out. All the counter space, storage and shelves were perfect for a scrapbooking weekend. Very ample room to spread things out, plus a sitting area. I loved the cheery colorful decor and the full kitchen! The malted waffles made great breakfast fare also! Lovely breakfast area that was never too crowded.

We were in town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. At first the stay started off great. I was able to check in fast annd easy and front desk woman was great. Got into the room and it had a lot of nice amenities. I’m not a very picky person, but I noticed right away the bed wasn’t made very good. Untucked edges and not neat and tidy at all. We found several short brown hairs on the pillows. I began to wonder if the pillow cases were clean. The refrigerator had a lot of crumbs on the edge and under it. But the worst was the next morning. Check out was 11am. At 10:50am, we received a knock on our door, it was housekeeping. I said “oh check out is at 11, correct?” And she was very rude in her “yes” scoffing response with her cart parked outside our room door. As I closed the door she was just waiting outside our room. I then went downstairs to put stuff in my car, while My 15 yr old daughter was still in the room grabbing all her stuff. This woman then OPENED the door to our room on my daughter!!! No knocking just came right in! This was still before 11am!! This is completely unacceptable! The front desk staff was phenomenal but the cleaning crew will make me never stay at this hotel again!

Friendly staff-overall good hotel
The staff is amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. If you want to be just outside all the hustle and bustle, this is your place! Less than a mile to anything you’d need. We brought our dog and you never know what the “pet” rooms will be, we were quite pleased! The bed was comfortable but the pillow situation was awful…full transparency - I’m a pillow snob. But these things went full flat, had no life in them before you even fall asleep. Bring your own pillows if you can, especially if you have back and neck issues. They did kindly bring me second pillow, it didn’t help much. The shower pressure was really nice, helped alleviate the sore neck and back! All in all I’d definitely stay here again!
